How to Pay

To ensure your order is processed as quickly as possible, please follow the payment instructions below. We currently accept payments via Zelle and Venmo.

Important Instructions for All Payments:

Exact Total: Please ensure you send the exact grand total listed on your order confirmation email.
Order Number Only: In the “Note” or “Memo” section of the payment app, only include your Order Number. Please do not mention “NCG Labs,” “Peptides,” or any product names, as this helps prevent delays with payment processors.
Confirmation: Once your payment is sent, your order status will be updated to “Processing” within 12–24 hours. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package ships.
