Order Processing: Please allow 3–5 business days for our laboratory team to process and pack your order. This timeframe is separate from the transit time provided by the carrier.
Address Accuracy: To guarantee successful delivery, all shipping and billing information must be entered accurately in English.
Order Finality: Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make any modifications to the contents or the destination address. Please verify all data before finalizing your request.
Domestic Focus: All NCG Labs products are currently available via domestic flat-rate shipping within the United States.
Returns & Quality Claims
Due to the sensitive nature of high-purity peptides and the need to maintain a controlled chain of custody, all sales are final.
Final Sale: We do not accept returns or exchanges on any research compounds to ensure the integrity of our inventory for all clients.
Issue Reporting: Any concerns regarding your shipment must be reported to christian@ncglabs-peptides.com within 7 days of receipt.
Damaged Shipments: If a vial or package arrives damaged, you must include clear, high-resolution photographic evidence of the damage in your report to facilitate a claim.
